...The Constuction goes on!
The exterior changes to our church building are very visible now. The section of the building that connected the sanctuary and narthex to the lounge, nursery and Sunday School rooms has been demolished. Looking at the picture of the gaping space, the utility wires seem so unprotected! But we are still connected! Outside, in the space where the handicapped parking for the sanctuary and office has been, you will see the start of the foundation for our new walkway. This level, enclosed walkway will eventually be our connection between the sanctuary and the auditorium. No longer will it be impossible for some folks to "get there from here." We will be much better equipped so serve the needs of our members and guests when our building is fully handicapped accessible.
